Professor Collins Odote Oloo is the Director of CASELAP and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Nairobi, where he has served since 2010. He holds a PhD in Law and is a prolific scholar with over 40 publications, as well as a public commentator with more than 300 columns in The Business Daily. Beyond academia, he has consulted widely for national and international bodies including UNEP, UNDP, FAO, and the World Bank, and is recognized for his leadership in advancing environmental law, land governance, and policy in Africa.
